Self Care Part Two


The life of an actor often lacks routine and certainty, so it’s really important to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally. This package includes tutorials on mindfulness and anxiety, offering our own perspectives and how we have learnt to deal with the ups and downs of the industry. This package also includes examples of mindfulness exercises that can be used to help you in day to day life and also a video about exercise and the importance of staying physically fit and match ready.

Each of our packages come with a 30 minute online 1-2-1 session with one of the founders of Untamed. You can also purchase a 1-2-1 separately. These sessions are tailored to your needs; we can discuss industry-related topics or we can help you with any scenes or monologues you may be working on. We are very warm and friendly and our aim is to help you be bold, be proud, and be heard.
